There is seating for 2 at the kitchen bar and you also have a dining area with seating for 4 people- great for dinners and game nights! The open concept layout leads into the living area, with HUGE windows and access to the largest balcony for this layout in the resort! End each day enjoying sunset cocktails while overlooking the Gulf Shore beaches. The living room has a 60" flat screen TV and DVD player, perfect for movie nights. These include repairs and re-painting portions of the eastern half of the building (stacks 01 through 05), repairs on all levels of the parking deck, and beach board walk access replacement. During this time, some common area amenities such as the eastern outdoor pool, various parking spaces will be impacted or unavailable. Noise levels will vary during the project. Stack 06 - 11 will start next Fall 2024.
Please note: Our rentals book weekend to weekend from May 14- August 6. We offer 5-night rentals March 5 - April 23, with check in or check out on Saturday or Sunday. January and February are monthly rentals. If you want a shorter length of time during this season, please submit an inquiry. We accept a maximum of 2 weeks rentals from March-November. In the event of a special request, please contact Reservations directly. You must be at least 25 to rent this property.
